Vivaldi 1.14 (latest stable) not handling protocol handlers.

I noticed this issue after doing a complete reinstall of 1.14 (because my 1Password extension wasn't working).
I am currently unable to
- Push links to Telegram
- Use Tweetbot from the browser.
I hope this will be sorted out soon.
P.S. This link says that its a bug in Chrome:

IDM - Internet Download Manager's extension is also affected by this!

Yes: the issue was introduced by last Chromium and not solved in the 1.14 final. I assume Vivaldi will integrate Google's fix as soon as it is available, hopefully for 1.15...

The same goes for Devonthink Pro.

@cgt yeah man I also can't use IDM in Vivaldi now. RIP

@watcher I confirm with Vivaldi version 1.14.1077.50. When I want to click on a pasted Devonthink link (into Toodledo.com), then it does not work. Example: x-devonthink-item://8BE6C8C1-6749-4D43-BD86-94D7064F6EE3 -- only the characters after and including the 2 slashes show as a link. I tried this in various other (and older Chrome-based browsers and there too, it did not work). I also checked Safari and there it did also not work. Heck, even in the new Firefox this does not work. I'll ask at Devon and Toodledo. Strange. Wow, when I put the Devon link into the address field of Vivaldi, then it WORKS!
EDIT: My issue is not related to Vivaldi. See here: https://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/25537/0/url-scheme-x-devonthink-item-not-working-in-toodledo-notes.html
