Amazon Prime Streaming Issues 7017
Sorry to bother the community.
I changed last weekend my old Desktop-PC for a Notebook. Since then, I am not able any more to stream films on Amazon prime now.
Some told me it were because of the Widevine Plug-in but it seems to be activated.
Any ideas? In the meantime, I stream through another browser, but I really like to stay for everything with Vivaldi.
Thank you in advance for all help.
Also, what is your Vivaldi version?
Vivaldi Version: 1.13.1008.44 (Stable channel) (32-Bit)
Thanks for your response. You think I should play the videos on Prestoplay?
@michele-zeimes That is a test page to show if you have all needed codecs etc.
They should ALL play for you (they do for me on Win 10 Pro).
Ok! Thank you!
now tested the link and all demo's - everything went fine and smoothly but amazon prime will not work on this notebook
@michele-zeimes In that case, someone with a Prime account (I don't have one) will have to help, sorry.
Pitching in: at first Amazon Prime wouldn't even recognize that I'm a subscriber. Now it gives me an error when attempting to play videos, and tells me to see www.amazon.com/dv/error/7031, "Resolve Issues with the Chrome Web Player."

I am not completely sure but I think to remember that a few users had some trouble with bad browser sniffing by amazon. Maybe installing user agent switcher extension fixes this ?
