Thank you.
-
While I don't use any languages that are written vertically, this looks like a really useful tool. Hopefully it will help many users in those markets, and grow Vivaldi more.
-
That's very nice and useful.

Updated Chromium to 64.0.3282.86
Yay!!!
-
After upgrade my browser is not able to load any webpage. Not a single one.
1.14.1072.3 (Official Build) (32-bit) -
Vertical Reader Mode should be Vertical Reader View.
In the tooltip and in Page Actions it is named "Vertical Reader View" not "Vertical Reader Mode."
-
@gwen-dragon: How to describe it better? It does not load anything. Nothing. Developer tools -> network does not show any requests and it's like 100% offline.
-
I've noticed a funny bug. Page info tooltip is beeing resized on its own on some websites (VB-36452).
-
If I do a mouse right-click in a tiled window (two, side-by-side), the popup menu for the right window shows up in the left window ...
Ups - missed Know Issues ...Win7x64 Vx64
-
@mrkukov: Ok now it works. Had to wait ~30 min to get it working... Restarted many times but that did not help. Weird problem.
-
still not starting fully maximized
-
HTML5 Test never seems to complete.
-
@pesala Vivaldi is obviously too fast for this test. It completes before the website has even finished loading ^^
-
Big bug: context menu have 2-lines top-margin and even more left-margin.
...aaannndddd drop-down menus, also margin-ed.@alf5000 said in Vertical Reader Mode - Vivaldi browser Snapshot 1.14.1072.3:

Especially with remove-upper-space setting.
And RMB+scroll not fixed (page scroll when tab is changed), but it was promised a fix.

This update [on Lappy] seems to have broken Netflix. It was streaming fine til i opted to take a break & do the upgrade, after which NF now says there's an error & i need to check that i'm using an official version of Chrome. It might just be that c64 needs me to update my Widevine plugin, but i'll investigate further in the morning.
PS - I know my sig below still shows the previous SS, but that's coz i'm still using that, on Tower.
-
@asires: I'm not sure if I'm seeing the same thing as you, but yeah, the context menu appears at approximately a two lines distance (the whole menu is moved up) from where it should appears.
-
@cqoicebordel: Ok, it's a known issue, mentioned in the blog post. My bad.
-
Search engines now are correctly moved where I drop them, the icons are not that big like previous SS and the scroll bar works ok.
-
@alf5000 Sometimes it does for me on win7, it's still "out of luck". But there are no announcement on this issue in this snapshot so we have to assume there were no changes hence not yet fixed.
