How can i tell vivaldi there is my custom.css?

In the opera, we just throw the *.css into the [ style ] folder，and it will be work automatically。
But , when I throw my [custom.css] into [ /opt/vivaldi-snapshot/resources/vivaldi/user_files ] , it doesn't work with the start page, which I just want to modify。
So, I have to modify /opt/vivaldi-snapshot/resources/vivaldi/browser.html like this , and now ,it work normally.
but，Must i do like this? This way is simply stupid and ugly?
Is there a way that could allow us to do this elegant，just like the opera with presto?

@community-fog Is the only way right now.
For Linux there is a script to patch the custom.css.
!!! Would you be so kind to post questions about Vivaldi modifications in forum https://forum.vivaldi.net/category/52/modifications
