ESPN.com uses 50% of my cpu's on Vivaldi

Vivaldi and Firefox had this problem. With ESPN.com in a tab, they caused all 8 threads to run at 50% of the CPU's capacity. Firefox and Vivaldi solved the problem, but the latest update 1.14.1047.3 (Official Build) (64-bit) broke it again. Firefox still works with minor CPU usage.
My 1.14 on my Win 10x64 uses 16% CPU if i a play a video and scroll around.
When does this happen? When videos play or while page loads and you do nothing?
Hm, cant see the text of the first post.
