Surprisingly slow web panels
-
Hello,
my web panels became incredibly slow and laggy since the last update.
Both clicking and typing are concerned.
When I make an input, it can take up to 3s to react.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Is there a known way to fix this?Thanks for reading!

@r474e1 No obvious problem here. Which web panels?

@Pesala Thank you for answering!
I use web panels mostly for Google translate, but for a few other websites as well.
All of them are concerned, no matter if hosted by Google or not.
Even the cursor takes time to change into a hand when hovering a link.
Since it doesn't seem to depend on the websites themselves, I suspect it's comes from the browser. -
I also use Google Translate without any issues at all.
When did you last clear your Downloads Panel? That might have issues.
Otherwise, I can only suggest Cleaning your profile

I tried to clear my Downloads Panel. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue.
Is it normal that Vivaldi is pumping so much resource with only two tabs?
-
Press Shift+Escape to activate Vivaldi's task manager to see if you can spot the cause of the problem.
This is mine with three tabs open, two of them local web pages.

@Pesala you are the man!
So it turns out the mobile versions of websites were the problem. Weirdly enough though, it does not happen with mobile versions in normal tabs, only in panels.
They don't overload the ram until I open them for the 1st time after startup.
I won't use them for a while, and hope an update of Vivaldi fixes it.
And thanks a lot!(It also happens with other websites, besides google's) :
