Can't drag bookmark toolbar in "More bookmarks" button

So I have a ton of bookmark toolbars, but one thing that really bugs me is that I cannot drag my bookmarks which inside the "More bookmark" button. The reason why I want to drag them is because I want to move some of them to the front so I think it is a really important bug to solve here thanks!

Dragging from extender menu is not available yet.
Please use bookmarks manager to drag bookmark bar entries to an other position.
