"Banned" from wmf.com

When I open http://www.wmf.com/ with Vivaldi, I get a 403 status code response and the message:
"Error 403 You are banned from this site. Please contact via a different client configuration if you believe that this is a mistake.
Varnish cache server"
It looks like it has something to do with the user agent because when I send the same request via curl and only remove the last portion of the UA string (i.e. Vivaldi/11.94.1008.34) I don't get the error.
Can anybody confirm?
@scarfhogg I think you mean Vivaldi 1.94.1008.34. It does block the stable version for some reason. It does not block the Snapshot or the internal tester version (both of which use a more recent version of Chromium). Don't know what the cause is, but it's some sort of bad browser sniffing.

@scarfhogg, I had no trouble opening the site with Vivaldi 1.14.1030.3 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I see it normally even selecting different languages (english, italian, german, spanish), using latest snapshot 1.14.1038.3 (Official Build) (32-bit)
WMF have Bad Webmasters From Hell at work. Their server uses a bad browser switch/filter.
Vivaldi works with this user agent:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.97 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.94.1007.999
But fails with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.97 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.94.1008.1
So you should use extension user agent switcher and select an other browser at this page.
I sent them a friendly mail in german over their contact form.

Well this is weird! After playing around with different version numbers some more, it seems like that Server responds with the 403 status if the string "1008" appears anywhere in the user agent header.
Yes @Ayespy, I meant 1.94.1008.34. Sorry, I was testing different version strings.
Thanks all for checking it out! Guess I have to wait for a non-1008 stable version to visit that site with vivaldi.

No, just install extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-agent-switcher-for-c/djflhoibgkdhkhhcedjiklpkjnoahfmg , open extension settings, set exception for the domain wmf.com to an other useragent.

Thanks @Gwen-Dragon for also investigating this issue. Did not see your reply before I sent mine but it looks like we came to the same conclusion about that server.
It turns out that it's not even 1008 but just "008" that triggers the 403 response.
Maybe they were trying to block the 80 legs crawler and messed up the regex.
@scarfhogg You are right. A 008 somewhere in a user agent results in block.
The wmf webmasters need some more visit of "Server Administration Workskops for Beginners".
