I signed up for an account after Sync made it to a snapshot, but I managed to type it wrong during registration. Is there any way I could change it other than to make another account with the right name?
Not entirely sure if that's possible these days, but you can always try to contact the Vivaldi team here and ask for it.
If they can't do it, you can always ask them to delete that account and make a new one with the correct name.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change usernames. But as @merryweather said, we can delete the current account, so you can register a new one with the same email address. Drop us a line here: https://vivaldi.com/contact/, stating your account's username and recovery email address.
