Change the look of the Tab Bar when using Left/Right
When the Tab Bar is on the side (instead of top/bottom) the "New Tab" plus sign is near the bottom and oddly spaced with the "Close Tab" trashcan icon.
I think it would be more functional and logical if the 'New Tab" icon was at the top of the Tab list, above the pinned tabs, while keeping the "Close" icon at the bottom. Also more uniform spacing would be more attractive.

Keyboard shortcuts for bookmarks. Maybe (not necessarily, just my personal preference) copy the behavior of a Firefox extension called Speed Dial by Josep del Rio, which is: hold Ctrl, type a number, release Ctrl to open that bookmark. Hold Ctrl-Shift, type a number, release Ctrl-Shift to open that bookmark in a new tab.

An extra tab on the start page showing a "full page version" of the notes panel, like the bookmarks and history tabs.

Coin mining is currently running rampage in various website, (Ad) blocker is no longer an OPTION, but a NECESSARY feature to protect our hardware. All noobs need this protection ASAP.

Monitor & limit CPU each tab; if exceeded limit for over 30 secs, show a warning popup to allow terminate js/video/audio that cause high CPU.

Advice for everyone: For now, use Nano Adblocker + Nano Defender (anti-anti blocker). It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing.

- Ctrl+Click on tabs to select multiple tabs
- Ctrl+Shift+Click to select a range of tabs
- Right-click to create a tab-stack from the selected tabs
- Without selecting, you can right-click to stack tabs by host.

Add Address bar preference to hide the Home button.

Ability to mute tabs when no sound is playing on that tab.
Currently, if a chat app has a notification sound which only dings once in a while - I'm unable to mute that because no sound is playing most of the time. It's impossible to "catch" it.
Options that exist currently are prioritize sound (which doesn't work very well) and mute all (which i don't want to mute my music or youtube). Clicking the mute icon in the tab also is hard to get when the sound is sporadic.

Enable the side web panel to be undocked from the main browser interface and used as a stand alone mini browser with show/hide controls added to the Vivaldi Background Taskbar Icon.
Keep tabs on your social media without having the tabs or for quick access to productivity crib sheets etc.

Syncing Everything: In addition to syncing passwords, bookmarks, speed dials, etc. Being able to sync all the custom thumbnails for the speed dials, custom themes, and the start page wallpapers would be extremely helpful.
