Beginning of week fixes – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1.13.1008.18
-
I was used to using Ctrl+F5 to completely reload the page (CSS, Javascript). It does not work anymore. (Viv-64bit, Win7-64bit)
-
@kenedz Does Ctrl+Shift+F5 work?
-
@lonm I did a clean install and everything seems to be OK now. (Ctrl+Shift+F5 does nothing)
-
Win 7 64, Viv 64
For some reasons I am having lots of problems with login to Amazon with this build, erased password file will see if corrects?
Sorry -
@gwen-dragon is this feature possible to implement in the future?

Hi, I know this was addressed a long time ago, but it's still bugging me [no pun intended] - what about undocking the developers tools? It's quite a necessary fearure for me, and having switched from Chrome to Vivaldi about a week ago, this is the only bug I can't get over with.

It's not a bug, but a feature request. I suspect you may have to wait a long time for this.
For a long time docking the development tools was a popular feature request, which has now been implemented.
I could find no search results for a request to undock them.
Post in the Feature Requests thread.

@rexfahrer: Well, considering my chair also broken, I'd say it's just my usual luck.
-
@rexfahrer: I had the opposite, yet equally related coincidence. I just replaced a mouse for a truly failed middle button (logitech buttons are crappy, but work best for me otherwise) a day before the update to Vivaldi that broke things with the middle click. I kept troubleshooting the new mouse and its settings before I realized it might be the browser. I commented over the weekend on the release thread for the last snapshot and it's fixed by Tuesday. I like it here.

@aaantoni: Maybe we are not talking about the same thing, but in the developer tools, in the upper right, directly to the left of the [X], is the three-vertical-dots menu button, and the first item on the menu is dock position, and the left-most icon is "undock"...works for me, Windows 10. Although on Vivalid 1.12 it crashed Vivaldi.

Is there bug report made by you?
About what? About new scrollbar?
-
@gwen-dragon no, because it's not a bug, I just posted this forum topic.
