Vivaldi scaling issue Windows 8.1

I keep having blurry text and blurry UI using last Vivaldi preview in Windows 8.1 @ 150% scaling. My laptop has a 12.5" screen @ 1080p and I need to use that scaling. I hope you can enable the option for HiDPI displays too. Edit: Here is the picture http://i.imgur.com/iwiW8aS.png

Don't attach the image, link it. The forum resizes it so it's pretty much worthless.
