Notifications wont go away until I click them or manually click "x"
I don't know if this is known as an issue of if there is some setting I've missed, but the notification will float there until I do something. (click on it or manually click "x").
@kyriakos876 You could simply turn them off in Settings, Downloads.
I have never noticed the problem. Which version are you using?
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit • Snapshot 1.13.971.8 (64-bit)
Is that the notification that keeps floating on right bottom corner? (From the site that we accept their notification, like Youtube).
I thought it supposes to be like that.
That brought me to think, Vivaldi doesn't have some kind of place or mechanism to collect this notification. If that notification just went away, then it beats the purpose to notify us.
Linux/Debian sid amd64
Vivaldi 1.13.971.8 (Official Build) snapshot (64-bit)
@pesala I'm talking about site notifications (youtube/ facebook etc.)
@dleon Well, there could be something like, if the mouse moves, close the notification after 10 seconds or something, which means the user is there and saw it. Something like windows notification. It won't go away unless you move the mouse or click manually "x"/drag it away.

That could be done by an extension. But that is work for some users from our community having knowledge with such "notifications" on FB or YT.
I fear, the devs have no spare time yet to add something like this. They are fixing bugs and work on Vivaldi Sync and mail client.
