Feature Request: Add the ability to limit the ToggleUI command to only the current window.

Add the ability to limit the ToggleUI command to only the current window. This is the partial fullscreen mode that removes UI elements from a window but doesn't cause it to take over the entire screen, triggered by Ctrl-F11. It would be very handy for web applications that you want dock and then browse normally with another window. Currently this command seems to apply to all open windows - not the desired behavior.

Currently, you can have a per-window fullscreen. However if you choose to hide the UI this is global across all windows, which is sometimes not desirable

For some reason I'm not seeing the New Topic button in Feature Requests?
