If you mean to change the reader icon itself, you'll need to change the SVG directly. It's at
button.button-addressfield.reader-mode > svg
. I think there are resources on modifying the svg icons in other threads, but I'm not too sure how to do those.If you mean just the background colour, you can change it with just
button.button-addressfield.reader-mode{background-color: red}
. You may need to additionally add a rule forbutton.button-addressfield.reader-mode:hover{background-color: red}
.As far as finding each and every line in the download panels borders, that would be a tricky ask. I would suggest learning how to use the vivaldi inspector to investigate by yourself, as that may be quicker. Plus, as everyone has different themes, they may appear differently to everyone.
From what I know, there is no way within chrome to change the highlight text selection colour. I know its possible to do at a windows level (or was before windows 10). I'm not sure about other OSes.

@johnnyfire Are you saving using the inspector itself? Because I know it's possible to do that, but I have no idea how it works, myself.
Rather than editing existing rules, I would suggest making new rules that fit "on top of" the current ones. For example:
If you wanted to modify the ".tab-header" class, I would click on tab header div (1) and then in the right panel, click the "+" icon (2). Then, add new rules there (3). After this, click the "inspector-stylesheet" file (4) - this is the one you should save to your disk, as it applies all rules on top of the others. This is also the place where you can experiment with adding
!important
to rules, as that may be needed.Screenshot of inspector:
