Extension issues with new Snapshot

Some plugins that affect the scroll bar doesn't work anymore, since the latest patch.

I use it because it's practical and useful, and also because the default vivaldi scroll bar take some space (and the left bar too) so I wanted to compensate with theses plugins.

Maybe the Vivaldi team can add an option to the scroll bar and make it automatically disappear when not focused or used. And making it thin, like it's hover the page so it doesn't take much space and the color can adapt on white/black pages.
