Ctrl+B shortcut conflicts with Font-Bold Key for builtin text editors
-
Narrative:
The shortkeys Ctrl+B,Ctrl+U, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+C Should be reserved for text editing, unless they are deactivated while a text input activity takes place.
If you're editing a text (i.e. like you do in the forum and press CTRL+B)Expected: The text selected should become Bold.
Actual:
The text selected becomes bold AND a new tab opens a page "Bookmark manager" -
@dinoraptor It's a well-known issue. Assign other shortcuts such as Ctrl+Shift+B to open the bookmarks tab if you need it, or just delete the shortcut in Settings, Keyboard.

Yes, well known and reported as a browser problem (not a forum problem)
e.g.

@dinoraptor As this is a browser issue and not a forum issue, I'm moving it over to Vivaldi Browser/All Platforms.

Thank you so much for quick action! I'm still learning my way around the forum
