How to move close tab button to the right side of tabs.

I have been using Vivaldi on my windows PC for about 3 weeks. On there the x to close the tab is on the right side of the tab. Yesterday I downloaded Vivaldi on my Macbook and the x is on the left side of the tabs. I realize this seems like a trivial issue but is is really interrupting my workflow. I looked through settings and couldn't find a way to change it. Any help is appreciated!
@stormcrow509 The tab close buttons are on the left hand side because this is the convention on macOS.
That said, there's a part of the Vivaldi community that's dedicated to customizing Vivaldi's UI and they've come up with a solution:
I hope this helps...

I wrote little script in Python for it. This script change the Close tab button to right side. Script is only for MacOS. Script auto detect Vivaldi version. This script have to run alway after new Vivaldi update.
You must have installed Python on your Mac.
This script is only for your risk!

@kissarmy Why so complicated? There's been css code around for this for ages and this is how we normally implement modifications –––> https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/10549/modding-vivaldi/
@pesala Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I see the steps are slightly different depending on whether the desired mod falls under the category of "functionality" or "style". Which would it be in the case of what I want to do?
I really hope this gets an official implementation.
I haven't seen a reply answering my closing question, so I guess I will have to back up the relevant files and try both sets of procedures.
@pdxwill I moved your posts here because only Mac users can help you with this.
@pesala Thank you, but will it still be seen as a feature request?
@pdxwill Your feature request is still where it was. This is the place to ask about workarounds while you're waiting for the feature request to be implemented.
@pesala Many thanks!
