Summary * "Minimize Active Tab" does not respect the "Activate In Recently Used Order" *was: The bug reporting thingie …

  • Summary *
"Minimize Active Tab" does not respect the "Activate In Recently Used Order" setting anymore.

Describe in steps how to reproduce the bug

    1. Have "Activate in Recetly Used Order" setting set to ON in Tab-settings
    2. Click on the active tab to "Minimize"
    3. Click the active tab again, and again, and again, and see the "last tab" just being as cycled through tabs.

A suggestion if you please, to add another option to either "Minimize Active Tab" or just plain "Activate The Last Active Tab" (which should do just what it says, just activate the last tab that was active (if the last active tab has been closed, then go to whatever tab), this is how it worked in old Opera), since "Minimize Active Tab" seems to differ from what it was in old time Opera.
What did you expect to happen *

What did you expect to happen *
Expected to see the last active tab, when Minimizing the active tab.

    What had actually happened *
It seems to just go through tabs in order from left-to-right if you keep clicking the active tab.
    Vivaldi version *

The latest stable release of Vivaldi is 1.11 - Download it here if you are using an older version.

    Operating system *
    Windows 8.1 (x64)

I'll try to make a new bugreport later, been trying for a while now but it's not working so, leaving this here for now!

@Cail It is a known bug that has been reported several times in the forums.

  • @Pesala Oh, okay, sorry haven't really been reading the forums that much... thought something like that (A MAIN FEATURE) would had been fixed on a stable release.
By MAIN FEATURE i mean, it's the only browser that has it, it's a must have, it's a great feature.

  • @Gwen-Dragon Does the team want bugs to be reported multiple times?
