Plans to upgrade bookmark toolbar soon?

I am used to moving the cursor along bookmarks and folders along the bookmarks toolbar, and being able to shift from one to another without having to click before choosing another folder. Also, I'm used to right clicking, and being able to edit my bookmarks. Are these customizations going to be implemented soon, or is this a WONTFIX?

@paulri It's planned. There's no timeline on it. LOTS of stuff ahead of it.
