Last session at browser start broken
When I close the browser with active tabs and open the browser again, they are not saved despite the setting. The express panel is opened.
The history is not recorded the closing tabs and no groups under tabs. Pages (not tabs) in history are located there in the order of their discovery. Accordingly, it is not possible to find my pages.
PS: Any chance to make settings for open pages from history in new background tab by double click?

nvm, today Vivaldi was updated and opened https://vivaldi.com/blog/focus-on-accessibility/?hl=ru&version=1.11.917.39&os=W6.1.7601
all my last sessions tabs were buried in that update.
Can anyone help me? This broken setting works fine for anyone?
@Corsonamor Works fine here. Are you running extensions?
@Ayespy tested it again. If I reload my PC Vivaldi opens the clear session. If I reopen Vivaldi without reloading PC - open last session.
@Corsonamor I guess you use Windows 10 with Hibernation or Quickstart? That can cause delayed slosing of programs or corrupted files on some programs.
Try to disable it.
Open cmd.exe as Administrator
powercfg /H off
And confirm with Enter.
Restart Windows now with
shutdown -g -t 0
