Sorry about this!
Folks, our man is back in action :cheer:
So, we are going to push the update this evening at 20:00 GMT.
Christian will post changelog later.
A small note to everyone.
In order to reduce the number of spams we are getting here at Vivaldi, we installed a plugin on our backend. This may require some of you to re-login to the site even though you've opted for Remember me.
Let's see how this works and hopefully we will see a lot less spams going forward.
We are pushing bunch of small updates to Vivaldi.net at 8PM - 8:30 PM GMT today :P

I just wanted to let you know that we have reduced the number of blog categories down to 20.
Because categories can be created by users, the list became so large, almost 700 items! which made it hard to find/choose suitable categories.
To keep this clean going forward, we have disabled user creation of Categories.
But don't worry, all your articles and blog posts haven't disappeared, everyone on Vivaldi.net can still read and comment on the posts and even see the original Categories. But these Categories will never return to the list in the blog post composer.
You may all have a much wider set of interesting themes you want to cover than we have Categories for. No problem, you can just use another great feature, namely Tags.
Feel free to ask questions if you have encounter problems related to this. We will be listening!
today we had finished the blog tags cleaning. Actually, spammers created thousands tags - the total number of tags was more than 5000! Now, after the cleaning, it's "just" about 1700 :)
So, we used a semi-automatic filtering system, thus it is possible that some good tags, created by you, was removed too. Sorry for that and don't worry - you can restore these tags for the next blog articles.
