Audio playback slowed down

I am having problems with a video player on http://southparkstudios.nu (the Nordic version of http://southpark.cc.com). For instance the episode: http://www.southparkstudios.nu/full-episodes/s16e01-reverse-cowgirl
The audio is playing at about half speed compared to the video. I have found 2 other threads about this issue but no solution. The User-Agent switching extension did not solve this issue. I also tried launching Vivaldi from a shortcut in this format, provided by a mod. ……\vivaldi.exe --user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko"
Still no luck.
Cant test as t6he content if locked by geolocation.
But can you test this workaround (uneasy, i know):
Hit F12 to open Developer Tools
Select tab Network
At the right hit the ⋮ Developer Tools menu (three vertical dots)
Select More Tools → Network Conditions
At section user agent untick checkbox Select automatically
In dropdown select Firefox – Windows
Close with F12

@Gwen-Dragon Wow this actually worked! Now is there a way to make this user agent manual globally as I have to do this for every different url? It's still really strange that the extension didn't fix that issue. Thank you very much.
EDIT: Never mind... It actually is working correctly now after unticking the User Agent: Select Automatically Box.
If you change the user agent globally other website may fail with that wrong user agent (UA).
Some Vivaldi version before it worked by adding a command line
--user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0"to a desktop shortcut but that fails now because of a bug in Vivaldi.
But i heard other important media bugs have more priority than this little UA problem.

If I understood this correctly in a similar post is this a more or less rare problem which is based on the way the extension and the setting via dev tools work. The difference is at which point - while loading a page - the extension offers the website the fake user agent. The extension does this a bit later than the setting via dev tools so sometimes there can be this issue.
If you use extensions to set the user agent (UA), some send the information too late to the website, that is why it does not work at all sites.
The change of UA in Developer Tools works in realtime.

I've the same problem, i.e. here(https://www.welt.de/wirtschaft/article167004224/Nur-in-diesen-Regionen-bleibt-Europa-jung-und-erfolgreich.html) and with some Videos on facebook, could it be a codec problem?
On Facebook all new Videos from milo yiannopoulos have slow sound, but only in Vivaldi
