Vivaldi Slow to Load

One of the things that really irritates me about Vivaldi, is the length of time it takes to load. Sometimes it NEVER loads. I have been forced to switch to Chrome in order to do what I needed to do. It's getting old. Why does it take so much time and replicate itself so many times in the Task Manager? My system is a Dell Optiplex GX620, with 4GB Ram, and 32 bit processor. It runs Windows 10.
Have a look in Download panel and delete the list of completed downloads.
Vivaldi uses a process per tab and extension. That is why you see so much processes.
if there are processes 1 minute after you closed Vivaldi that coudl be zombie processes from crashed tabs. Terminate them.
How many tabs do you have open when Vivaldi starts?

@Gwen-Dragon I had more than 100 items in download list. After clearing the list, no improvment :). But I know, because the way of Vivaldi architecture, it can't be faster.

Since I don't use tabs, I have none but the one that it starts with.
Vivaldi has always been the slowest browser to start up initially.
Once it's open, it's easy to get another window, although it will random resize on you.
