Loading page animation

When the page is waiting for the server to send the response, there is no visible animation that something is happening.

If you have enabled it in settings, the background of your address bar should have a different color, and the reload icon in the toolbar turns to an "X". You can only get a real animation with a custom modification.

The people to who I show Vivaldi don't see nothing moving indicating that something is happening. Others browser show something in the tab for example.

@luetage After the newest update in Snapshots, the loading animation doesnt show up.. I have it enabled.
