Only one instance (only one window) of Vivaldi active
I believe there must be only one instance (i.e. only one window) of Vivaldi active! As it is now, when opened from the Windows start menu I get one browser window per click on Vivaldi icon! I believe it would be better if every click could open a new tab in the same active window!
From Windows 10 Start entry other browsers like Firefox or Internet Explorer open in an new window, too.
That is a strange Windows feature.
@Gwen-Dragon The thing is, Opera has the 'right' behavior - it opens new tabs, not new windows!
The report it as a bug please.
If you found a bug, please report the issue to the developers to fix it.

Thanks in advance for helping us to make Vivaldi better!
@Gwen-Dragon It is definitely not a bug! Edge & Chrome behaves the same way (new windows) - only Opera opens new tabs in the same window, and that's why I consider it a 'future request'!
@nutcracker Please feel free to add a request.
