Disqus- and forums comment forms

Disqus-comment forms has disappeared everywhere. Comments by others are no longer visible.
The comment forms on sites like forum.forteantimes.com are no longer working.
Using Vivaldi 1.11.882.4.

@HaaEnn Not seeing that problem here on Win10. Anything unique about your install or your extensions? Have you changed any Vivaldi or Chrome flags?

@Ayespy It was Touch VPN which started to behave weird after the latest update.

I had some issues acccesing disqus comments today.
With the same extensions set I usually use.
So probably also the platform itself had some issue.
