Presently using Vivaldi as portable application.
D:\PortApps\Vivaldi\Application\vivaldi.exe --user-data-dir="D:\PortApps\Vivaldi\User Data"
When I transfer the whole directory D:\PortApps\Vivaldi to a new harddrive the program starts almost with all settings. However the Extensions are not found. They reside in D:\PortApps\Vivaldi\User Data but are not recognized and have to be reinstalled.
Any way to make Vivaldi find the existing extensions?

Vivaldi Standalone install is NOT portable, this has been said several times already.
