Always enable cookies for the specified domains

I adore the option "Disable third-party cookies", because it disables spying mechanisms for various advertisers. The problem is that it also disables cookies for embedded messengers, for example, like Discus. It would be great to always allow cookies for the certain domains, to solve conflicts like this one. For example, by adding a button "Always allow" in the general list of cookies

You can add Excptiosn for domains in internal setting page at vivaldi://chrome/settings/contentExceptions#cookies
And you can change a website-specific setting by hitting the globe/lock in address field, select Cookie and change there the domain is allowed.
