Immediate crash to desktop when using "Save as."
When you create a new tab via any means, Vivaldi must perform some initialization logic to get the tab ready. If you attempt to save a tab that has not fully initialized, Vivaldi will immediately crash to desktop, with no error messages or entries in the windows event logs.
To reproduce this error, press ctrl+t then ctrl+s in very quick succession.

Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit • Snapshot 1.10.845.3 32-bit
I have used a key-scripting program to test the delay. On my machine, the issue begins to occur when there is less than an 0.1s delay between pressing ctrl+t and ctrl+s, and always occurs when the delay is less than 0.05s.
@Pesala I have submitted bug report (VB-28587)
I confirmed in bug tracker.
Strange 1.10.845.3 does not crash.
Had such crash with:
- internal 1.10.x.
- 1.9 Stable
Bug still present in 1.10.867.38 (stable)
