Does Vivaldi have Windows Tablet Support?
I just got a new windows 2in1 tablet and want to use Vivaldi instead of Edge as my default browser. I'm having trouble zooming in and out on webpages. Does Vivaldi support these gestures? If so, where in the setting would I find them?
Unfortunately Vivaldi browser has some issues on some touch devices. Some hardware works, some Windows work, some iOS work … and some not. :(
@Gwen-Dragon thanks for the reply. That's a shame. I kind of expected that but thought it best to check.
I did not say: Do not use it. That is not my intention.
You may give the latest 1.10 Snapshot a try as a second browser. If all works you can set Vivaldi as your primary (if you like).
@Gwen-Dragon oh I still use it on desktop. I'll give snapshot a go on tablet.
@Arvaarad Good luck and have fun with the browser.

@Arvaarad Sadly Vivaldi has all kinds of issues on Windows tablets.
For me personally it sometimes lose all ability to process inputs. Meaning it can't scroll, tap links, or anything like that.
On top of that, i have yet to see it bring up the on-screen keyboard when i tap a input box.
Never mind that the close tab button is show on mouse hover. And the alternative is to use either long-tap (right click) or the main Vivaldi menu to close the tab.
Its sad really, as the ability to set a UI scale independent of Windows setting makes Vivaldi potentially much more finger friendly.
So right now i bound between Opera and Edge as my Windows tablet browsers.
