Close Button only on active Tab?
Hi, I transitioned to Vivaldi from Firefox yesterday. It's great, but some things I struggle to adapt. One of the most annoying is that the close button is always there unless filling with many tabs. Instead, I'd like the close button to be there only if I actually am on that Tab - similar to Firefox. I don't want to disable the close button entirely (I tried it already), I just want to reduce the risk of closing Tabs I did not want to close. I know about the Trash bin, but it's easy to not realize you closed something.
Hi, I think not possible atm. but as workaround disable the close button entirely and activate "Close Tab with Double Click" or use Ctrl +w to close active tab.
@mib2berlin Close Tab with Double Click seems to work for me. Thanks!
What are you talking about ? Firefox has the close button always on for every tab, no matter if it's the active one or not. Vivaldi doesn't have a close button at all until you mouse over each tab.
