[Resolved] Can't delete Vivaldi SETUP from desktop

Hi, i installed Vivaldi browser and i have weird problem...
I can't delete setup from desktop.
I tried from simple deleting until Ashampoo's programs, but any can't do that.
What's the problem?

How did you install Vivaldi? As Standalone? if yes, please delete the folder in Explorer.
if you installed for "Single user" please use the Windows Start → System → Programs and Features to uninstall.

I think he means the setup exe, Vivaldi.1.8.770.56.exe for example, which he has downloaded on the desktop.
An exe can't be deleted if it's still in use, or you don't have admin rights or in any case not the required access rights.

If it is the exe file some antivirus blocks it or a install process is running.
The user should logoff/logon in Windows or reboot Windows.

@Gwen-Dragon I restarted computer and closed all vivaldi processes and now it's all ok, i deleted it.
