Feature: Fix scrollbar for infinite scrolling pages
One thing that irritates me to no end: the behaviour of the scrollbar on infinite scrolling pages. Demo: http://media02.hongkiat.com/infinite-page-scroll/demo/infinite-scroll/index.html Open this link in a somewhat small window and start dragging the scrollbar down. Expected result: the page scrolls gradually and I can always continue reading. Actual result: when the scrollbar approaches the bottom of the screen, content is appended to the page and the scrollbar jumps, often jerking the page with it. I lose my position when reading this way. Suggested fix: whenever the scrollbar is held (mousedown), don't redraw it even if the page's height changes. Only redraw it when the user releases the mouse. Low hanging fruit, but a very nice little feature that can distinguish Vivaldi.
