Shuffling of extensions – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1.9.804.3
-
@duarte-framos: Yeah, I know
-
@an_dz: You can make this a little bit more convenient by defining a keyboard shortcut that toggles all of the others on and off "Settings → keyboard → keyboard shortcuts → page → disable keyboard shortcuts". This shortcut will always work, even when everything else is off.

The bug "[Gestures] Down on links to open in a new tab is not working (VB-26710)" may be a good thing:
I rarely want to open a link in a new tab using this shortcut
but when I want to open a new tab, it often opens a link in the new tab because nowadays there are often links everywhere on the web pages. -
@ruario
Bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo!! I am one of many who has longed for this..now, hidden extensions that I use every day can be moved where I can see them. Thank you!!!

Bookmark Tagging also is long requested feature....
-
what about moving ALL toolbar elements, not just extensions?

How about moving Tabs below the Bookmarks Bar.
-
@LarryE -- Sure, no wukkas:
That's below. Waaaaaaaaaay below. Teehee.

@xyzzy: Re: Bookmarks, I would be totally thrilled with even a very basic Bookmarks menu implementation; I doesn't have to show favicons or do anything fancy.
If this isn't possible, as an interim step, now that we can have a blank new tab page, would it be possible implement an option to show the Bookmark Bar only on the blank new tab page, then have it disappear and get out of the way when we navigate to a web page?
Thanks.

Wow! Perfect, and nice package fixes and improvements! And "shuffling" of extensions? Briliant! Something similar also please on the Web Panels
PS: These are really pleased me! finally

Nice update! It's good to see so many issues addressed at once!
That said, recently I've been having issues with Vid.me. Sometimes it will work nicely, play the videos normally, but other times it will freeze the entire tab! The mouse cursor will be stuck on its last valid format (the pointer or the hand, depending on if I was hovering over a URL before it froze), and no interactions with the page will be possible, including refreshing, going back or forward. Waiting for the tab to respond doesn't have any results, disabling extensions doesn't seem to solve it either, and only Vivaldi seems to be affected (FireFox worked every time Vivaldi froze).
Can anyone confirm this for me?

thanks dleon, lol, I was too distrusting of this link....
ignore my comment

Just a hint, to be able to watch videos there with uBlock Origin active, I had to allow *.cloudfront which was disallowed by default for me.

A problem - sometimes the dropdown window in the adress bar (that appears as you type) won't go away. Have to restart the program. I don't have any extensions for the address bar.
-
@ian-coog: Same here, but that's a problem with AdBlockers rather than with the Browser. Same thing happens with FireFox for me.
If you can't access some part of the page, or the page doesn't work correctly, try disabling the AdBlocker entirely. If the page works, active it again and work with the exceptions until you find the issue.
