We know you're working hard on a History Panel, and someone else already mentioned the Links Panel, but don't forget the Windows Panel. This is really helpful for users who open multiple windows (not me) and like to drag tabs between various windows to organise them.

an Option to disable Tab Stacking

a new option to disable tab stacking (completely).
if more than a dozen tabs are open, its nearly impossible to move a tab, without it merges with another tab.

for heavy researches vivaldi is not usable

Add the possibility to catch and move the extension icons.
Possibility to mark all items at once, for Clear Private Data.
Add the option for opening Screenshots from notes in New Tab
Add option in Clear private data to clear Typing history in Adress bar and Search bar
More option for right click on Extension icons, not only Hide button
Add History manager to the panel

Notes folders.

We can create folders for Notes in the sidebar, but they are useless when trying to paste content from a note.

Request: make Notes folders visible in the context menu. Below is a mockup of how I picture the functionality:

@GBB This is frustrated. This function does not implemented as descripts. Maybe the latest version of Safari is an alternative reference.

Add an option for themes to make svgs (button icons) match the current theme's foreground colour. I was experimenting with custom css and Vivaldi's default variables for ui colours and made this happen, I think it looks good with most themes.

Edit: nevermind, I just realized Vivaldi does this by default. I have other css that was overriding this behavior in my panel, making me think it was not the default behavior.

@jumpsq It's already included in Chromium. Just go to vivaldi://flags and enable "Save Page as MHTML". Relaunch Vivaldi and you should be able to save to MHTML.

Is it possible to program this (turning off tab stacking) into a shortcut keystroke?

This way, someone with a lot of tabs open who wishes to move one could select whether to move or merge with a single shortcut key by toggling it on and off.

FEATURE REQUEST: Show download speeds at downloads bars itself...

Whilst the download speed in the downloads panel is very welcome, I would prefer to see it in the downloads bars itself and showing downloads speed for every simultaneous downloads... so I could see several download speeds at a glance instead of click each download to see their download speed at bottom...
