Tab keyboard shortcut also handled by current web page
I've finally figured out some weird behavior that was confusing me. I have Vivaldi set up for vertical tabs and I have a keyboard shortcut for next tab (⌘-down) and previous tab (⌘-up). I expect these keyboard shortcuts to ONLY instruct vivaldi to change tabs but they are actually being sent to the current web page as well. What ends up happening for example in a google sheet page is the google sheet gets the keyboard shortcut and moves my cursor to the very bottom row, then vivaldi switches to the next tab. When I come back to the google sheet, my cursor is not where I thought I left it. This also manifests as scrolling way to the bottom on most pages.
The expected behavior here would be to prevent the web page itself from seeing the keyboard shortcut and only processing it in the browser.
