Master list of my Vivaldi requests...
Please PM me if any of these have been implemented, and I will remove them from this list…
Well, I don't think that anyone would make the effort to even remember your favorite requests (not to mention notifying you about them being implemented) since everyone has their own list of such kind and sometimes it's hard to keep track of our own "pet" requests being taken care of (or not). So, here's some advice from me:
- The best way to keep up with the changes is to actually use the browser on a daily basis (if you miss some features that are present in other browsers, nothing is really stopping you from using two browsers simultaneously - I know what I'm saying, I'm using 3 or sometimes even 4 browsers at once).
- To help the developers decide on which features they should focus more, you can cast votes for your favorite requests (or post your own ideas) in the Feature Request thread - here's the latest one.
- You can't change or remove anything from your list here anymore - the time limit for editing own's post is just one hour (that's a bummer, I know).
- You can support the project (so that the changes that you're looking forward to could be implemented sooner), by spreading the word about it. 😉
You may force users to read all the linked pages and check if the bug is dead? I don't think any user is willing to do this.
Sorry, but I will not PM you if a bug is fixed or feature is added.
And Vivaldi's internal testers and team developers have too much to do in RL.
Have a nice day.
Well, one can try
It's equally painful to go through a mile long feature request forum, and the fact that the bugtracker isn't public doesn't make things easier.
@TsunamiZ can you check your buglist on your own? You know what you want and you can ask in forum.
Trust me, i am friendly enough to check some bugs internally in bugtracker if someone asks me in a polite ways.
thanks for the info. since this has been implemented, i've removed it from my requests...
