We are very close to the 1.8 final now. Please continue to inform us of any nasty regressions since 1.7.

@olli: And first...
Am I missing something? When reviewing the month view of history, if I click on a day I would expect it to open that date in full page view, with 2 columns, but it just opens the day in a single narrow column on the right. If I could do something in that narrow column to then open the day in full page view then that would be OK'ish. This is not a regression because I do not think it ever did this.
O darn it.
I actually need 1 minute to realize this is a new snapshot.
Thanks for the new updating clear private data dialog setting...
Can’t write articles on Medium.com: lie to Medium and pretend to be Chrome
Does this mean that there's a "browser.js"-type file in Vivaldi? If so, which one is it? Is it updated only with new builds?

My Favorite of the day.
Please continue to inform us of any nasty regressions since 1.7.
Hi there, I'm experiencing issues with accessing sites with https protocol which prevents me to update from 1.6 to any newer one. When I go e.g. to google.com the "Your connection is not private" page is shown. The page doesn't contain "accept, I know what I'm doing" button, so the browser is totally unusable.
After digging internet... it's probably a known bug of Chromium 56+ which Vivaldi is based on from version 1.7. I tried to update Chromium from 55 to 57 and the issue is there too. Vivaldi 1.6 and Chromium 55 works without any issues on the same system. I'm using Debian Linux Jessie.
You could fix this before launching the stable version. - Comment
Bug reported - VB-26682
Thanks for another update!
@rseiler: I've had a look, it seems to be in "bundle.js". You can find it in VivaldiDir/version/resources/vivaldi/bundle.js, and search for 'o=navigator.userAgent.replace(/Vivaldi.*/,"")'. There will be a list of websites that follow these rules, like netflix.
Hm, I tried to update all dependencies listed by
apt-cache showpkg chromiumand libnss3 was probably the missing piece. One would not expected this from Debian stable, but it's true I'm using some backports Please ignore my previous report.
Remember scroll position in bookmarks, history, etc. (VB-26724) | YAY! Thank you! This one is important to me.
Hi, after updating from previous builds, the speed dial/homepage acts weirdly, for example if I set it to nothing then navigate from speed dial page to another link, the google default homepage flashes before going to the URL.
Still dropping frames playing AVC videos on YouTube
Better to give your system specs and or maybe your running extensions list, so others could review it.
Because I couldn't reproduce that in Linux/Debian amd64.
In last snapshot unvaliable page vivaldi://plugins (((
ArchLinux x86_64 (kernel 4.10.4-1-zen)
I don't understand the language. But, that's about no access to chrome://plugins (vivaldi://plugins) page?
It's already like that since 2 snapshots ago.
Chromium/Chrome kick out that page. Vivaldi move the option to Vivaldi settings (Webpage Tab in English) 1 snapshot ago.

Thank you very much!
Clicking on "Page Info" in the URL-Bar: Pop-Up comes a bit too high (not directly under the green Security-Icon).
