[Error] Spell check dictionary download failed

Is spell check working?
When I try to enable a language to spell check it shows a download error:
What's the problem?
Spell checking seem working, I got those the usual red waves. The translation isn't.
I've got no problem downloading dictionaries, including those Spanish.
Maybe it's like these;

Like questions in those links;
- Are you firewalled or behind proxy?
- Did *.google.com got blocked?
If you have another Chromium based browsers, does it work on them?
@dLeon Thanks, that was the problem.
Where it downloads the dictionaries? ~/.config/vivaldi/Dictionaries is empty.
I see you use Vivaldi stable.
If dictionary download was success, the file suppose to be in that folder.

If you still could not download your dictionary through Chromium way. You could download it from here;
For Spanish, it is
After you close Vivaldi, put the downloaded file in to;
Do not worry about updating dictionary file, it is rare to be update. You could check it once every 5 years, not a joke.
