- You didn't give too much detail as to what version of the browser are you using, what OS, what extensions etc.
- I'm unable to replicate the browser crash. I've even tried on that site:
http://mosswimming.ru/весенний-кубок-москвы-по-плаванию-50м/
to see if it occurs there exclusively, but it works just fine. Tested on Vivaldi 1.7.735.46 / 1.8.770.25 (both 32-bit on Windows x64). - To try to solve that: first, disable all extensions (if this resolves your issue, then try enabling them one by one to check which one is causing the trouble). If that doesn't help, try clearing the browsing data and restarting the browser if necessary. If that doesn't help either, you might have to refresh your profile.
- You've posted in the wrong forum category. This one is dedicated for the forum's bugs, not the browser's bugs. Please use the proper sub-category in the Vivaldi Browser forum category. You can also ask for help on the Russian sub-forum.

@Ya-Grisha: I'm unable to reproduce this.
Also: not knowing what your platform is, I have moved this topic to the section for browser bugs for "all platforms." If you mention what your platform is, however, I will move it to that category.

Disconnected everything, the problem remained. To clear data not yet tried.

To blame, do not understand. Just used that in our forum special topic for Bugs, Questions and Suggestions.
@Ayespy, corrected.

@Ya-Grisha You could try going to:
%localappdata%\Vivaldi\User Data\
and rename theDefault
folder (close the Vivaldi first, and wait for all of its processes to stop running!) to eg.Default 2
and launch Vivaldi to see if the problem still occurs. If it doesn't, then you might need to copy only some data from your old profile (Default 2
) to the new one (Default
), according to the guidelines here and here.But try clearing the browsing data first. Maybe this will solve the problem.
-
@pafflick, I renamed the parent folder "user data", has launched Vivaldi with a clean profile, but the problem still remained.

@Ya-Grisha That is very unusual. Could you try installing another instance of Vivaldi to check if the issue occurs there too? Preferably from the stable channel, as the one that you're using now is a "beta" version. Don't update your current Vivaldi! Install new instance as "standalone", so that it doesn't interfere with your current installation (you can easily get rid of it later by removing the folder where it was installed).
My guess is that this might be caused by one of the following:
- Corrupted files or file system;
- Problems with files permissions;
- Third-party software interrupting Vivaldi processes;
- Some virus or other malicious software (hopefully not).
I could be wrong. That's the first time I see this particular behavior in Vivaldi...

My guess is that this might be caused by one of the following:Did everything as you said, even rebooted in safe mode in Windows, but the problem is there.
I noticed that in the folder there is the debug file.the magazine, perhaps you will give something.https://yadi.sk/i/PTi9B0UY3FwVmc
