Saving web pages doesn't work
-
I can't save web pages whether I use context menu "Save As," Ctrl-S, or "Save Link As." I'm using Vivaldi 1.8.755.3 and Mint 17.1. Anyone else having this problem?

@Gwen-Dragon The dialog appears but the page is not saved.
-
@Gwen-Dragon I've tried three web pages, including this one. By "not saved" I mean there is no file of the specified name in my directory. I've tried saving to my documents directory and my home directory. Window manager is Mutter.

@Texadan Does the site you tired to save appear in the download side panel?
(Default shortcut "Ctrl + Shift +D" ) -
@Texadan said in Saving web pages doesn't work:

Just tried this (Mint 18.1 KDE) - using "Save As" from context menu and it worked as expected, saving html file in documents folder

Never mind, guys. It's working today and I've not made any changes since my last post yesterday. Don't know what was happening but thanks for your response.

@Gwen-Dragon Could be. When I said I have not made any changes, I did close the browser when I went home and reopened it.
