The webpage at https://vivaldi.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
This comes up whenever I try to open any webpage.I am new to this browser and I desperately need some help.Help me resolve this please,anyone?
@Rajneel: Are you on a proxy or VPN? "Tunnel" is a VPN term. Do your other browsers require special settings to connect to the internet, or do they simply use the settings your machine uses? I have never seen that message before, and am not an expert on proxies or VPNs, but that message seems to mean Vivaldi can't connect to whatever connects you to the internet.
Here is an article which discusses this issue in somewhat butchered English, but perhaps it will give you some ideas where to look.
