Reader Mode button and drag tabs between windows improvements - Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1.5.633.3/16
-
No worries, you'll get fully working ones in a few minutes - if the build servers' hiccups are over now.
-
Twitter looks funny in reader mode
-
Indeed like cqoicebordel mentioned: The green icon stands for internal builds where we currently testing mail. It’s still in a very raw state and we would have preferred you’d see it at a later stage. Work is in progress.

Please keep this green icon for snapshots. That blue icon is horrible, terrible, miserable etc.

If you mean not displaying a tweet, but only the faq, then yes
-
CPU usage is back to normal after deleting mail account.

@paralaks: thanks for your comment, as mentioned above

You have to know that your comment sparked a discussion about the color of that icon, and they are talking about "Hot Pink" and "Blazing Yellow". Damn you !!!
-
Shhh - Steffie might hear you and suggest Hot Purple
-
Is it just me, because when there's two Vivaldi windows across two screens, playing YouTube video on the main monitor makes Windows' status bar overlap the video.
-
Yeah, I figured it was not intended when I noticed that debug output textarea
I really like the green icon though. It looks much better on dark background on Unity's panel.
-
Return the black icon, please
-
Oops.
-
Blazing(!?) yellow would be better than current one.
-
Normal service is restored. Sorry about the problems everyone!
-
Yes, good idea. I'd really like to see the icon in the status bar for exactly the reasons you note.
-
Keycode 173 was wrongly mapped to minus
Hi! For me "+" is still mapped to "=" in the shortcut settings.
Also, I am still affected by VB-20673 (Vivaldi tries to open downloads in a tab as text).Debian 8, x64
(and I got the green-icon-mail-build on my work machine yay )
-
Gladly … done!

FYI, there are still some tab management glitches in this snapshot that result in disassociated tabs. (I’m using OS X 10.11.6)
(Clean Vivaldi install, fresh profile, no extensions)
To reproduce:
Method #1:
- Launch Vivaldi (browser launches with a single tab)
- Drag the single tab down off the tab bar (to detach the tab) and then drag it back to the "empty area" (same window) to the right of the New Tab button.
-> The web page is now tabless.
Method #2:
- Launch Vivaldi (browser launches with a single tab)
- Create a new tab
- Drag the new tab off-window to the Desktop (creates a new window)
- Switch to the new window and drag its tab back to the original window to the right of the New Tab button.
-> The tab does not move and the new window’s web page is now tabless.
