Performance is clearly high on our list. This works fine for most already, but we will continue to improve everywhere possible until it meets your requirements and then some.

      Cheers,
      Jon.

What I really miss is search autocomplete. Any plans for that?

Instead of clicking the mouse button SX uses the middle mouse button, so you're able to use only the mouse.

Oh boy! I asked about this a while ago! Thank you!

Thank you knoelli for pointing me in the right direction.

                Thank you, folks!

Today, the "Remember me" checkbox remembered me. Yay! 🙂

The 'Enter' key closes the editor when adding or editing a Bookmark description and the Up/Down Arrow keys don't move the cursor.

The Downloads Panel list sorting needs some work:-

Gee… just gets better and better. I'm permanently over to Viv now. Each build seems faster, more stable and bugs taken care of good work. Thanks

Previous build: I had some problems with dropdown NOT asking to save passwords and sometime filling them in don't know about this build yet. Sill looking for master password for password file I surmise that file is encrypted. Thanks

In light of this open and refreshing spirit at Vivaldi ;), what is the best way for me to request a feature?

Great to see that the Vivaldi management understood why the real Opera was so beloved among power users.

The only thing i'm still missing from that time: click on tab to minimize. That MRU cycling via mouse click is really burned into my brain but sadly not supported by Vivaldi yet 🙂

You are asking for some extremely complex coding. A separate protocol must be written for every single possible keyboard layout.

I'm absolutely loving the progress Vivaldi is making. You shouldn't compare tab groups to tab stacking, though. Compare it to proper session management. You already achieved feature parity with opera in that regard. I hope you'll take this feature further.

Just to be aware, sync is not a mere "feature." It is several thousand lines of code and a server farm big enough to handle millions of users. You KNOW Vivaldi will bring us this, but you also have to know it is not trivial.

For no reason at all, this just struck me as funny! During most weeks, the guys just sit around watching kitten videos on youtube. But this week they "have been really busy!"

I suspect every week they are busy as hell. Luckily, this week, they were able to resolve a TON of issues, and so were not only busy, but remarkably productive.

Sorry. I'm a language geek. Sometimes I just can't help myself.

Vivaldi is not designed for people like you. Your IQ has to be bigger than your shoe size in order to use the features. Or maybe you are just jealous when other people have nice things.

You can ask here, on the forum, on twitter, on facebook…
But I think the best way to do it is to fill a bug report in the wizard, unless you know it has already been suggested there : https://vivaldi.com/bugreport/

Today was the first time that Vivaldi updated for me to the latest build without any issues at all after a long long time. Thank you for that as well as for your continued efforts in making Vivaldi the browser that we've been missing for several years now!
