      The autoupdate function still installs the program to c:\Program\Application. I don't understand why….

      @dexter110:

      Help\Check for updates still doesn't do anything in the 64 bit version. It would be a lot more user friendly if instead of doing nothing, a message would be shown, something like: "Sorry, this feature is not implemented yet."

      +1
      this was irritating me since beginning

      A work around I found was to type in the search engine bar instead. When typing into the address bar, results would still pop up right? Clicking them will still direct you to that link. The only way to fix this bug temporarily is to quit and reopen Vivaldi.

      Would it be possible for you guys to add an option to export data from Vivaldi browser? (eg passwords, bookmarks). I've found that Vivaldi has stored many logs and crash reports on my computer and I'd like to securely delete Vivaldi using an app called Appcleaner on my Mac, however I thought it'd be a hassle to reimplement my bookmarks, settings, plugin settings, extensions etc.

      And one last thing is a bug I found where when you have two windows, one minimised and one not, and when you try to press cmd-T, a new tab will appear in both windows instead of only the one you are currently using.
      A second bug happens when you just try to press cmd-T. For some reason this bug appears much more when you have less tabs open. What this bug is is that it opens 2 tabs when cmd-T is pressed. And pressed only once too.
      Note that the above errors appeared on a Mac. I don't know about the other Vivaldi versions on other OS

      I think this is tied to the [still missing] option to choose what to load at startup.

      We were updating our main site: Vivaldi.com this morning and there were a few minutes where this file was unavailable.

      Man, my internet has been down for 5 days. The Provider simply cut down our internet for no reason at all, and kept it like that for 5 days, until we menaced suing them, but then I've lost an entire stream of anime and manga chapters, as well as my online classes, the only source of income I have. I'm so glad the first thing I see when my internet is back is a new Vivaldi snapshot! Testing a new version of Vivaldi always calms me down.

      The new bug wizard is pretty nice too. It automatically detects your browser details and user agent so that really helps a lot. ^^

      Congatulations on progress so far. 🙂 Work needs to be done urgently on bookmarks in general, and searching and re-ordering bookmarks in particular, before Vivaldi is fit for my everyday use. I know it is hard to please everyone but the development priorities at present seem rather esoteric. It is more important to be useful than fashionably clever!

      This new version appears to be very stable. It has offered a great alternative to Chrome and Opera browsing experience. I can't wait to see the sync function so I can sync across my devices.
