Looks like the installer converted your all user install into a portable one and now doesn't have the rights to access your profile folder anymore.
Rename the UserData folder (just to be sure you're not deleting anything important - you can safely delete it, if this works) and delete the stp.viv file in Application folder.
Sorry for the trouble. Let me know, if this solves the issue.

Looks like it installs into wrong folder on your device, too. You'll have to manually install it, yes.

Is there a way to export session, speed dial and bookmarks then import them after a clean install?

Not yet. You can replace the UserData folder, but that's not any cleaner than upgrading your current install. 😉

Yeah, known issue. Sorry about that.
You need to update manually for now.

      Glad to hear that.
You probably ended up with another install due to autoupdate mess somewhere on your hard disk, though.

Unable to rename profile folder. Error message 183.

Otherwise, seems to have installed OK.

Autoupdate installs into wrong directory for some people.
If this happens to you, you need to update manually for now.
      Sorry for any inconveniences!

      Thanks! Downloading the snapshot now.

      [Feature/Enhancement Request]
I would really appreciate it if you could highlight the tab preview of the current active tab in a stack when you mouse-over the stack. Let's say for example I have a number of tabs in a stack and all in the same domain (meaning the tab previews are almost identical to each other) and I want to change to another tab. Since the tabs are almost identical in the tab previews, I'm finding it very hard to know what tab I'm currently in. Yes, there is an indicator on top of the stack but it's still very hard to tell what tab I'm currently in or what tab is active. It's fine if I have completely different websites on the tabs but the problem is if they're the same sites.
TL;DR: Highlight the current tab/active tab in a stack.

      Thank you!

I downloaded the file using Opera and I could pause and resume just fine. Maybe you should reconsider your choice of a download manager.

Thank you V team. The tile in Windows Taskbar now show the webpage title; very nice to have that. (I don't see it in the change log so another nice surprise.)

VB-5102 - Editing bookmarks unbearably slow and loose characters. Does this mean it is fixed or acknowledged? Editing for me has not improved. W7 64bit (32bit V)

Drag and drop of bookmarks is fine with this version, in previous it was just super slow.

Thanks for fixing VB-4823. However, it do not seems to resolved completely. The process will die after some thumbnails are generated. Some thumbnails can create per restarting of Vivaldi.
