Snapshot 1.0.141.2 with more Tiling options and advanced notes, improved spatial navigation and fast forward

Same here. Works fine on Debian 64bit.

Here's a small wishlist:
- Being able to customize the type of progress bar on background tabs (the previous circle one, the current one, or my favorite, the Opera 12 style)
- Title bar
- Youtube (flash player based videos) working correctly
- Performance improvements on the Speed Dial
- Tab stack similar to O12's: a border shows the tabs that are being stacked, where you can expand or contract at will without making the tabs un-stack
- Tabs generated by stacked tabs stay grouped in the same stacking folder
For now, that's what I want from Vivaldi. Hope you can implement some of those next week. I'm a heavy Youtube user, so the fact I can't watch videos past 360p is one of the few things keeping me from making Vivaldi my default browser. I'm still using O12 for most things, and Chrome only for Youtube videos I really wanna check in 60fps, which neither Vivaldi or O12 can run (Vivaldi because of the 360p thing).

My icons are all different. That is the option I use. My text-only option works as well. Vivaldi 32 on Win8.1 64. Of course if all you have on your bookmark bar are FOLDERS, then all bets are off.

My request for design is customization! As much as users love customizing their own shortcuts and settings, I believe we all want to customize our own design. This will probably be the last thing you add, but if we can customize appearance like we can customize functions, that would be awesome!

Oh well. I had hoped "VB-4525 Default keyboard shortcut update mess" referred at least in part to this bug, but no such luck; the latter bug still persists.
-
it's a bit hard to download when your internet is slow and the link doesn't support download accelerators/resume download
-
wow so ugly, i hope they fix it
-
i am with the same problem and it doest support download resumes

And I have six folders, nicely separated by 25 favicons. Two of the favicons don't even HAVE an icon (their sites don't provide one) but because of where they sit, I know exactly what they are. The first folder on my bar contains every bookmark that is not on the bar, arranged nicely into hierarchical folders - sort of a mini-bookmarks shortcut if you will. I never have to look farther than the bar or a folder on it, for anything.

Thanks very good update , more stable, lets me have FF loaded also without crashing, Import (will wait til bugs for sure are out) but really like how it is set up! Faster, not as many problems overall. Posting here is better also…I agree as read you have done FAR more in a few months with FAR fewer than Opera has done in two years. Congratulations!!

I think that loading progress bar should be inverted because now seems more like unloading bar. I suggest something like Yandex style.
-
Sorry for this report, but apparently it was only a temporary problem, it went away after a reboot. Please forget it, Vivaldi behaves just fine
-
Guys, displaying search results (press ctrl-f on this page then type "nice") in the scroll bar is just AWESOME! Thanks for this, and I cannot believe how much I already miss this in other programs. You rock.

This animation not like, i preferred the first, that of the circle.

"Show cached images" and "do not load images" options resets after closing current tab. It's more useful to have global settings like in old opera 12. On each page we can change this setting, but new tabs will create with global policy.
-
Cool, i like this too.
-
Can not scroll up and down while moving bookmark folders around. This making sorting bookmarks difficult
-
It's there a problem to post a link to another website? This site promovate vivaldi browser. http://www.astonsoftware.ro/file/page/199/vivaldi

when i try to close the tab through which i play music from deezer, vivaldi crashes.
the reason is, as i see, deezer's question about whether it close the tab or not; because music is still playing there.
a fix would be great! (:

"Spatial Navigation also got better and faster with live indexing and more polish!"
More polish? Yeah! I Love Poland!
