Tab stack tiling, on demand plugins in tabs, more mouse gestures, better import and a more snappy UI
-
you can do it since previous version so dig there then
edit: yeah, it's not mentioned there as well, but whatever. Important is that it's working -
For the on-demand plug-ins - so there is no Settings option yet to set-up it for the whole browser but only per tab, by Images button?
Tab stack tiling - nice! The first quick step into the MDI (Multi-document interface). I was not expecting such thing to be implemented that soon.

What we still need more is Vivaldi to ask us about the folder upon each download.
-
You're right. But before it i want that Vivaldi can memorize folder where i saved last image

The new gesture for new tab works, but now when I drag a link down it no more opens the link in new tab, but rather opens just a new tab. The idea was to have both, or is this happening to me only?
-
like a cinema mode but for night?! This idea should cross my mind sooner…
this would be nice! plus with possibilities to set where it should be as this (colourful) and when it should be dark scaled (time adjustment according to PC time. like from 7AM to 19PM use colours. From 19PM to 7AM use dark scale)
-
By dragging it's not possible no matter what if tabs (tab bar) are placed on the left/right
but thanks for your try to help. Some may need your help if they use tabs on the bottom/top
-
Using ctrl+LMB works well. Thanks!

Here Mouse Gestures don't work if I use my old profile. Win 8.1 32 + 64 Bit.
-
Thanks for the great browser. Quick notes, running on Mac 10.9:
1. Reopen tab when closing still isn't working for me—neither Cmd+Z, nor Cmd+Shift+T.
2. Mouse gestures are still broken for me -
Another issue: I have Vivaldi installed and I wanted to install it standalone, so I can bring it at work (I can't install there) so I chose a different folder and selected Standalone, but got a message "An administrator has installed Vivaldi on this system for all users. The system-level Vivaldi will replace your user level installation now." The folder I made is empty and I don't know if my system-level is screwed.
I think the standalone should be standalone and not mess with the system or do anything outside the installation folder.
This is the 64 bit win version
-
confirmed, did an update installation from Vivaldi 1.0.129.2.x64
 -
I couldn't import bookmarks form Opera 30. Vivaldi offers import from .adr file, but it is bookmarks-file for Opera 12.x and there is no one for Opera 15+.
-
i dont understand why this is not a standard option or why do I have to active it from flags
-
autoupdate as option, please
-
finally!!
-
you are right!
-
Hover it and an "edit" button appears at the lower right of it, if you are logged in.
-
I also have the same problem…
-
It totally is.
