Page Zoom Setting
-
How do you save the Page zoom settings so that the next time I open Vivaldi, the pages I already visited and set the zoom on recall the zoom setting, I set earlier?
-
@TrekJunky - You can set default zoom and that will be remembered, but not sure you can remember zoom of individual tabs between sessions.
-
@TrekJunky That doesn't work. It works for the Settings Panel but not my email or FB pages. I'm frustrated byond belief. Every time I open Vivaldi, I have to reset the zoom on all the pages I visit. So frustrating.

I found the Web Page Zoom Setting and it works. Thanks!!!!!

I've been recently trying out Vivaldi (on Linux), but one thing that annoys me is that unlike all the other browsers I've tried (Firefox, Google Chrome, Waterfox, and PaleMoon) only Vivaldi forgets the zoom level set for each page.
For example when I set the zoom to 140% on a steam workshop page and open another steam workshop page in a new tab it defaults to 100%, this doesn't happen in any other browser I've tried. It also resets to 100% when I close the tab. I don't use the same zoom level for every webpage so having it auto-reset is added extra work for me.
Is this a bug, can I expect this to change in the near future?
Unfortunately I cannot choose Vivaldi as my default browser if I know this is not going to be changed/fixed.

try tab zoom in settings !

I have Tab Zoom checked and it does not remember zoom levels per website.
-
Update: If you open a new tab from a bookmark (that has a custom zoom level) it is not zoomed when opened - however, if you click on a different tab then click back on the newly opened tab it shows custom zoom (but not automatically when first opened).

@planegeek That is By Design. Disable Use Tab Zoom to have each site remember its zoom level:
Use Tab ZoomTo have each Tab retain its zoom level when navigating to other sites, enable Use Tab Zoom.
use Tab Zoom -
